Meeting Participation: Attend initial discovery calls for opportunities you book to ensure seamless hand-offs and maintain lead context. CRM Hygiene & Insights: Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot, ensuring pipeline activity and prospect touch-points are clear and reliable. Cross-Team Alignment: Work alongside Sales and Marketing to align messaging, campaign priorities, and proposition delivery. Performance & Development Work towards clear qualified meeting and pipeline targets, with a strong emphasis on meeting quality. Take part in regular 1:1s, account reviews, and coaching sessions with your Sales Director. Continuously build confidence in commercial conversations, objection handling, and deep sector research.
