Your mission: spark meaningful conversations, qualify opportunities, and create the pipeline that fuels our global sales success. Here’s how you’ll make an impact: Lead with creativity. Use video, LinkedIn, tailored messaging, and innovative research to connect with decision-makers in the sports, media, and betting industries. Your outreach won’t feel like a template — it’ll feel like a conversation that matters. Be where our prospects are. Represent Sportradar at industry events, conferences, and live experiences — building genuine relationships with people shaping the future of sport and media. Own your outreach. Run outbound campaigns across multiple channels and respond quickly and thoughtfully to inbound leads. Qualify with insight. Assess each opportunity against our ideal customer profile and dig deep to understand business goals, challenges, and timing. Tell the Sportradar story. Bring our value proposition to life by showing how data, technology, and sport converge to create new possibilities for fan engagement and commercial growth. Collaborate across teams. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product to align messaging, share insights, and refine our go-to-market plays. Stay sharp. Keep Salesforce spotless, track what’s working, and continually raise the bar on performance. Stay curious. Immerse yourself in the market — understand emerging technologies, media models, and how the global sports ecosystem is evolving. ABOUT YOU: We’re looking for someone who brings hustle, curiosity, empathy, and grit. 1–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or a related role (SaaS/tech/media a plus) Fluent English and Spanish is mandatory Clear, persuasive communicator — confident across email, calls, and social Comfortable working in ambiguity and defining your own path forward Experienced with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Outreach) Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to exceed expectations Passionate about sports, data, or media (ideally all three!) OUR OFFER: Help build something new inside a global sports tech leader. Sportradar already powers the world’s biggest names in sport — from the NBA to UEFA — but this is a rare opportunity to shape a new Sales Development function within an established global brand. You’ll define how we engage new clients across the sports, media, and betting industries, creating playbooks and building a world-class growth engine from the ground up. Work at the intersection of sport and innovation. Join a company where technology, data, and passion for sport meet — driving transformation in how fans, brands, and betting operators connect with the game. Earn and grow fast. Competitive base salary, performance-based commissions, and clear pathways into Senior SDR, AE, or other commercial roles as we expand globally. Global reach, flexible rhythm. Collaborate across continents in a hybrid environment that values autonomy, accountability, and outcomes. A culture built on ambition and authenticity. Join a globally minded, high-performing team that celebrates creativity, drive, and results — and gives you the platform to make an impact that’s seen and recognised. While we appreciate the flexibility and benefits of working from home, we strongly believe that coming together in person fosters stronger connections, encourages collaboration, and drives innovation—both as individuals and as a company. The energy, shared ideas, and team support we experience in the office strengthen the foundation of our success and culture. For this reason, we are an office-first business operating a on-site model, with team members working in the office four days a week to build relationships, exchange ideas, and grow together. Certain exemptions may apply depending on location — your local point of contact can provide further details. OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS: Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations. Two Technical Interviews: Meet with the Technical team and later with the Hiring Manager to dive into your solution, as also discuss team fit. Onsite Interview: Meet with the local team and take a tour of our office for a final meet-and-greet. Finals Steps: Receive feedback and, if successful, an offer!
