Job description

**Sales Director | RX Destroyer** **Own national growth. Win complex deals. Make a measurable impact.** RX Destroyer, part of Daniels Health, is looking for a high-performing Sales Director to accelerate growth across the United States. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys opening doors, shaping opportunities and closing commercially meaningful deals. You will lead the national sales agenda across distributor networks and direct customers, including healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies and government agencies. With no people-management responsibility, this role is focused on what matters most: building a strong pipeline, developing strategic relationships and converting opportunities into revenue. If you are commercially sharp, highly accountable and motivated by winning, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing market and make a visible contribution to the future of RX Destroyer. **What you’ll do** - Own and execute RX Destroyer’s national business development and sales strategy. - Identify, qualify and win new opportunities across healthcare, pharmaceutical, government and distributor channels. - Build influential relationships with senior decision-makers, partners and key industry stakeholders. - Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through to solution design, proposal development, negotiation and close. - Secure high-value agreements and grow existing accounts through renewals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities. - Partner with distributors to increase market reach, activate leads and progress opportunities faster. - Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline, with clear opportunity plans, next steps and accurate forecasting. - Use CRM data, sales metrics and market intelligence to improve conversion, prioritise effort and make informed commercial decisions. - Track competitor activity, customer needs and market trends to identify new routes to growth. - Represent RX Destroyer at industry events, conferences and customer meetings. **What you’ll bring** - A proven record of delivering revenue growth in senior business development, national sales or strategic account management roles. - Experience selling complex B2B solutions with multiple decision-makers and longer sales cycles. - Strong commercial judgement and confidence negotiating high-value agreements. - Excellent pipeline discipline, forecasting capability and CRM proficiency. - High numerical and analytical capability—you can interpret sales data, understand conversion performance and turn insights into action. - The ability to work independently, set priorities and maintain momentum across a national territory. - Strong executive-level communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. - Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, government, waste management, compliance or a regulated environment will be highly regarded. - A practical, resilient and results-focused approach, with a genuine drive to exceed targets. **Why join RX Destroyer?** RX Destroyer is part of Daniels Health, a global leader in healthcare waste management and safety solutions. Our products help healthcare and pharmaceutical organisations manage pharmaceutical waste safely, compliantly and responsibly. This is an opportunity to join a purpose-led business at an important stage of growth. You will have the autonomy to shape your territory, influence commercial direction and build strategic customer partnerships—while being supported by an established global organisation. **Ready to make an impact?** If you are a strategic seller who thrives on ownership, customer engagement and commercial results, apply now to help drive the next phase of RX Destroyer’s growth.
