Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered Previous sales experience required; senior living experience preferred Passion for serving seniors and supporting families through important life transitions Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales and occupancy goals Ability to develop and maintain referral and community partnerships Experience using CRM systems and managing follow-up activities Ability to collaborate effectively with community teams and Home Office staff Flexibility to accommodate prospective residents, families, and community events Ready to make a difference while helping seniors find their next home?
