Sales Enablement Manager (Austin, TX OR Boston, MA)

Job description

## **Sales Enablement Manager (Austin TX OR Boston, MA)** **Location:** Boston, MA OR Austin, TX **Team:** Revenue Operations **Employment Type:** Full-Time ### **About VulnCheck** Exploitation prevention is only as strong as the intelligence driving those efforts, and most of the industry is still running on intelligence that lacks exploit context. VulnCheck, The Exploit Intelligence Company, delivers structured exploit intelligence on what is actively weaponized in the wild, purpose-built for the data lakes, ETL pipelines, automation, and AI and LLM workflows your infrastructure already runs on, raising the capability of everything it powers. ### **About the Role** We're hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to build and run the programs that make our go-to-market team effective - onboarding, coaching, pipeline discipline, product knowledge, and the content that supports all of it. This is a high-urgency, hands-on role: more than half of our AE team is currently ramping, and shortening time-to-productivity is one of the most direct levers we have on revenue. You'll design programs and also deliver them yourself, working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing, and you'll build on an existing foundation of onboarding and competitive content rather than starting from zero. You'll report to the Head of Revenue Operations. ### **What You'll Do** - Design and run onboarding and ongoing training programs for the sales team, including structured ramp curricula aligned to our AE ramp tracks (Strategic, Growth, Federal) so new reps hit full productivity faster - Deliver live coaching and skill-building sessions, not just content - covering pipeline and CRM discipline (stage progression, forecast categorization, data completeness) alongside messaging and objection handling - Partner with Product to keep reps current on releases, positioning, and competitive intelligence - Own, maintain, and expand our existing library of sales content — battlecards, playbooks, objection handling, and the AE onboarding guide — and structure it for AI-enabled search and retrieval - Define and track enablement metrics (ramp time, win rates, content usage, pipeline hygiene compliance) to show program impact ### **What You'll Bring** - 5+ years in sales enablement, with a track record of building a program from the ground up - Strong instincts for instructional design and live facilitation/coaching - Comfort partnering directly with Product and Sales leadership - Experience organizing content for AI-assisted workflows (e.g., structuring material for retrieval by internal AI tools) - Working fluency in a CRM (HubSpot/SalesForce) and comfort digging into pipeline data to diagnose rep-level and team-level gaps ### **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in cybersecurity or a technical B2B sales environment - Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and CRM tooling - Experience building enablement programs at an early-stage or high-growth startup ### **What We Offer** We believe people do their best work when they feel supported, trusted, and valued. VulnCheck offers benefits designed to meet a wide range of needs and lifestyles, tailored to your country of employment: - Generous, flexible time off - Retirement/pension plan contributions (e.g., 401k with match in the US; local pension schemes elsewhere) - Comprehensive healthcare coverage - Generous paid parental leave - Remote-friendly environment with flexibility - Support for home office costs (phone & internet) Specific benefit details vary by country and are confirmed during the offer process. ### **Why Join Us** Built on over two decades of cybersecurity experience, our team of experts understands the intricacies of vulnerabilities, their exploitation in the wild, and how to leverage this data to build more effective cybersecurity products that produce better outcomes for organizations. VulnCheck gives organizations a tactical advantage by providing best-in-class exploit & vulnerability intelligence information. We have a sense of duty to protect the critical infrastructure we rely on including medical devices, power grids and telecommunication networks. We were founded in 2021 in Lexington, Massachusetts. VulnCheck has a transparent, collaborative, and supportive culture - we are looking for people who have a growth mindset, are curious and innovative. Our team is smart, but humble, hardworking, and supportive. VulnCheck is proud to be an Equal Employer Opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based upon race, religion, color, national origin, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. VulnCheck is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with physical and mental disabilities. Even if your experience doesn't perfectly align with the job description, we encourage you to apply—we value potential just as much as a perfect resume.
