**Role Profile**

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer who is ready to bridge the gap between complex technical architecture and strategic business value. This role is designed for a dedicated professional who thrives on solving the deep-seated "data silo" problems of enterprise merchants and is driven to evolve into a future leadership position. You will be the technical heart of our sales process, partnering with E-commerce, Financial, and Product executives to demonstrate how agentic intelligence solves fragmented data issues and optimizes cost structures.
### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Demos & Storytelling:** Own the technical demo process, translating "agentic intelligence" into clear, execution-ready outputs for C-suite stakeholders.
- **Value Engineering:** Work with enterprise clients to quantify ROI by identifying hidden costs in manual data cleaning versus the growth potential of AI-driven optimization.
- **Technical Discovery:** Conduct deep-dives to uncover specific pain points, such as the lack of business context in off-the-shelf AI tools or constant firefighting in operational teams.
- **Bespoke Presentations:** Customize technical presentations and POCs that reflect the specific KPIs, goals, and operational nuances of the merchant.
- **Pipeline & Project Management:** Manage the technical stages of the sales pipeline, ensuring all cross-functional intelligence requirements are met for a seamless transition.
- **Voice of the Customer:** Act as a critical link between the field and the Product team, using on-the-ground experience to influence the development of our multi-agent systems and "Bespoke Strategists".
### **Mandatory Qualifications**
- **Industry Experience:** 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales role specifically within the SaaS and Payments sectors.
- **Language Proficiency:** Native or professional fluency in both Portuguese and English is required.
- **Technical Acumen:** Deep understanding of APIs and SFTP integrations, as well as no-code connections with major PSPs and acquirers such as Adyen, Braintree, and Fiserv.
- **Enterprise Expertise:** Proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles with large-scale, global enterprise clients.
- **Value-Based Selling:** Strong background in value engineering, with the ability to build business cases around cost-to-performance insights and revenue impact.
### **Preferred Attributes (Value Engineering & Growth)**
- **Benchmarking Proficiency:** Ability to compare a merchant’s current performance against industry payments benchmarks to surface proactively identified opportunities.
- **Operational Insight:** Familiarity with the operational friction points of finance and tech teams, including chargeback data management and authorization outcomes.
- **Scenario Simulation:** Skilled in using analytics tools to perform scenario simulations and forecasting to prove potential gains in acceptance rates.
- **Opportunity Detection:** Expertise in building systems for high-impact opportunity detection and sizing.
