Ability to empathize with prospects’ challenges and goals - Skilled listener with innate curiosity - Passionate about innovative technology, technical sales, and articulating value to prospects - Enjoys working with prospects and is comfortable interacting with C-suite executives from both technical and business perspectives ## **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in enterprise ecommerce or retail technology environments - Hands-on familiarity with at least two major ecommerce platforms, including how each handles catalog structure, extensions, and headless versus templated frontends - Deep understanding of data mapping between backend systems such as PIM, ERP, or legacy search indexes into a new target schema, possibly including product and variant structures, facets, attributes, and pricing logic - Comfortable operating in a remote, distributed, and highly cross-functional environment - Able to manage multiple sales engagements and priorities simultaneously - A builder mindset that is proactive in creating structure in ambiguous environments - Highly collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy - Commercially aware and aligned with revenue and sales growth goals - Resourceful self-starter who can operate autonomously **You’ll Thrive Here If…** You’re a curious, skilled listener who genuinely enjoys untangling a prospect’s technical challenges.
