**Salary:**Depends on experience $70k-$150k **Shift:** M-F on-site **Equipment:** ### Job Description # Sales Representative – Greater Boston Area We are currently seeking a seasoned **Sales Representative** to support business development efforts in the **Greater Boston Area**. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and bringing in profitable work. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven for success, team-oriented, and experienced in commercial print sales. ## Key Responsibilities - Develop new business opportunities within the Greater Boston Area - Manage and grow customer accounts while serving as the main account owner - Create and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and company goals - Bring subject matter experts into the sales process when needed - Win new and recurring work while maintaining profitability - Meet or exceed assigned sales goals - Maintain a full pipeline of qualified opportunities at various stages of the sales process - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication and follow-up - Resolve customer concerns and support overall customer satisfaction - Document sales activity, customer development, and pipeline updates - Provide accurate and actionable sales forecasts to leadership - Stay current on industry knowledge by attending workshops, seminars, networking events, and reviewing industry publications ## Qualifications - Strong commercial sales experience required - Current book of business approaching high six figures or more preferred - Knowledge of sheetfed, digital, large format, prepress, mail, and fulfillment services - Proven ability to develop new business and manage existing customer relationships - Strong communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred ## Additional Company Information We offer excellent benefits to eligible employees, including: - 401(k) - Profit sharing plans - Paid holidays - Vacation time - Additional company benefits
