The Role: As a Sales Lead, you’ll be an integral part of our store’s day-to-day operations, working alongside the management team to create memorable moments for our guests. What We’re Looking For: • Retail rockstar with prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role. • Merchandising maven with a flair for organizing and presenting products that catch guests' attention. • A friendly, outgoing personality that naturally draws people in. • Comfortable with a flexible schedule – weekends, evenings, and holidays are part of the fun! • Someone who loves to interact with guests of all ages and is proactive in showcasing our amazing products. • Must be 18 years or older to apply. Physical Demands: • Frequent standing, walking, and occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching. • Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly.
