We are looking for someone with a true **hunter mentality** — a proactive individual who thrives on identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, building relationships, and turning prospects into clients. This is not a passive sales role. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, works independently, and is comfortable with rejection. We value determination, reliability, strong communication skills, and a willingness to take initiative over traditional qualifications or a specific number of years of experience. You will play an important role in representing VerTalents, communicating our value proposition, and helping grow the business through proactive sales and business development efforts. ## Key Responsibilities - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients. - Conduct outbound prospecting through cold outreach, networking, and other business development channels. - Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, particularly within the U.S. market. - Clearly communicate VerTalents' services, capabilities, and value proposition. - Take ownership of sales activities, follow-ups, and business development opportunities. - Initiate conversations with decision-makers and confidently present potential solutions. - Maintain consistent outreach efforts and demonstrate persistence when facing rejection. - Collaborate with company leadership to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies. - Represent VerTalents professionally in conversations with prospective clients. - Continuously seek creative and effective ways to generate leads and expand the company's market presence. ## What We're Looking For - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong understanding of American business culture and professional communication expectations. - A proactive, self-motivated personality with a genuine interest in sales and business development. - A hunter mentality and the determination to pursue opportunities despite setbacks or rejection. - Strong work ethic, reliability, integrity, and accountability. - Confidence in initiating conversations, building relationships, and engaging with new people. - Ability to work independently without constant supervision or detailed daily instructions. - Direct, persuasive, and results-oriented communication skills. - Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve. - A strong sense of ownership and commitment to business growth. ## Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition. - Familiarity with the U.S. business environment. - Experience communicating with business owners, executives, or decision-makers. - Understanding of recruitment, staffing, or talent solutions. **Previous sales experience is a plus, but it is not required.** We welcome motivated candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, determination, and the potential to succeed in a sales-driven environment. ## What Makes Someone Successful in This Role? The right person doesn't wait for opportunities — they create them. They are comfortable hearing "no" repeatedly while staying focused on finding the next "yes." They are confident, outgoing, resourceful, and willing to challenge conventional approaches to start meaningful business conversations. Most importantly, they take ownership of their work, follow through on commitments, and are genuinely motivated to help grow VerTalents. ## Why Join VerTalents? - Play a meaningful role in growing and representing the business. - Take ownership of new business development initiatives. - Work closely with company leadership. - Bring fresh ideas and proactive approaches to sales. - Grow professionally in an environment that values initiative, accountability, and results.
