Accountabilities In this role, you will lead regional commercial strategy and execution for digital pathology solutions, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market expansion. You will manage sales performance, coach teams, and strengthen relationships with key healthcare decision-makers while aligning execution with organizational goals. Lead regional sales strategy execution to achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and market share targets Manage, coach, and develop sales specialists and solution architects to improve performance and effectiveness Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including hospital leadership and pathology departments Develop and implement accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools such as Salesforce Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to strengthen regional capability and performance Drive adoption of standardized sales processes and implementation frameworks across the region Collaborate with internal teams to support product positioning, strategic accounts, and market expansion initiatives Requirements This role requires strong experience in capital equipment sales within healthcare or life sciences environments, along with proven leadership capabilities in managing regional or distributed teams.
