Independently manage the MultiVacc sales process end-to-end: from a qualified opportunity to an active customer contract Collaborate with the Egg and Poultry sales teams: take over leads, structure them, and convert them into concrete offers Execute the pay-by-use model operationally: clear quoting logic, defined item/code numbers, and clean commercial processing Act as the central point of contact for customers: clarify commercial topics and provide basic technical support; coordinate with PM/PO as needed Own the Phase 1 rollout in Europe and help build the foundation for later global scaling What do you bring to the role? Several years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the agriculture or livestock sector (Egg/Poultry is a plus) Relevant professional background in veterinary medicine (poultry), animal husbandry/livestock sciences, agriculture—or comparable hands-on expertise Ability to explain complex solutions and commercial models clearly and negotiate confidently Very good German and English skills, spoken and written Additional languages are welcome (e.g., Dutch, Romanian, Polish) Much more than just a job!
