Technical understanding is an advantage, particularly within metallurgy, stainless steel, duplex, high-temperature or nickel alloys. Relevant technical knowledge may also have been developed through commercial roles in industrial or technical environments. A degree in business, engineering or another relevant field can be beneficial, alongside equivalent knowledge and experience gained through working life. Fluency in English is required. Swedish is an advantage, and additional language skills - for example Finnish or Danish - are considered a plus . As a person, you are curious about customers, markets and new business opportunities. You enjoy taking initiative and moving ideas forward rather than waiting for every answer to be available. At the same time, you understand that sustainable business is built together with customers, your team and colleagues across the organization. You combine commercial drive with the ability to listen, build trust and adapt your approach to different people and situations. You are comfortable working independently and making decisions, while knowing when collaboration and different perspectives will lead to a better result. What you can expect from us At Alleima, we believe that collaboration, curiosity and different perspectives help us develop better solutions.
