With a strong local reputation and a growing footprint, they are positioned for continued expansion and is seeking a sales leader to help scale its business development efforts and drive market growth. About the Position The Sales Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team while also contributing directly to revenue generation. This individual will recruit, train, and mentor Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and establish a consistent pipeline of referral-based business through strategic relationships with plumbers, HVAC contractors, property managers, and commercial facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and active participation in the field. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, train, and lead a team of Business Development Representatives Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, shadowing, and ongoing performance feedback Drive business development through direct sales and relationship-building activities Establish and grow referral networks with trade partners (plumbing, HVAC), property managers, and commercial clients Oversee onboarding and training programs for new sales team members Track sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline activity to ensure consistent performance Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning Develop and implement strategies to scale revenue and market share Maintain a personal book of business while leading the team Requirements Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within restoration, construction, or a related service industry Track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams Strong business development experience with referral-based sales models Ability to lead from the front with hands-on selling and coaching Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Strong coaching and mentoring abilities Results-driven with a focus on metrics and performance tracking Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth-oriented approach Experience in disaster restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, or similar industries Existing network within property management, facilities, or trade partner channels is a plus Benefits $80,000 base salary with uncapped commission structure can expect total compensation to be $150,000-$175,000+ Company vehicle Fuel card and company expense card Health insurance High-growth opportunity with leadership visibility and advancement potential
