Sales Manager, USA

Job description

**About Unlimit** Unlimit is the global financial infrastructure for the borderless agentic economy. Designed to bridge the gap between fragmented local markets and the future of autonomous commerce, Unlimit provides the programmable operating layer for the world’s most ambitious businesses. Through an integrated technology stack, the platform unifies global payment acceptance, programmable financial accounts, and digital asset rails into a singular financial layer. By mapping hyper-local payment ecosystems directly into its architecture, Unlimit enables businesses to move value and settle transactions instantly across continents. Built on decades of hard-won regulatory depth and an extensive global license portfolio, the platform provides direct access to a massive global infrastructure. With major hubs in London, San Francisco, Singapore, São Paulo, and Mexico City, Unlimit is building the infrastructure that makes global expansion a matter of code, not geography. ### Your Impact As a Business Development Manager you will be the driving force behind Unlimit’s commercial growth in one of our most strategic markets. You will own and execute the go-to-market strategy, and establish Unlimit as a dominant fintech infrastructure partner across the region. You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint across enterprise and high-growth segments, forging key partnerships, and unlocking new revenue streams. Working at the intersection of finance, technology, and AI-native infrastructure, you will help shape how businesses—and autonomous agents—interact with global financial systems. ### What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a commercially driven, strategic leader with a strong track record in fintech or payments, and deep understanding of the US market. - Proven experience (5+ years) in commercial roles within fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure - Strong track record of driving revenue growth, scaling teams, and delivering against ambitious targets - Deep understanding of the cross border payments ecosystem - Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies for complex, API-driven or platform-based products - Strong network across enterprise, and high-growth tech companies in the US - Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset - Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, and globally distributed organizations - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills ### What We Offer - The chance to create and shape a new direction for the business — leading landmark deals, opening new markets, and designing the global partner ecosystem from the ground up - Direct access to and influence with the executive leadership team, contributing to Unlimit’s international growth strategy at the highest level - The opportunity to represent Unlimit on the global stage: travelling internationally, meeting with senior industry stakeholders, and participating in flagship fintech and commerce events - A truly international team and a company culture that thrives on pioneering new markets, where innovation, ambition, and results are recognised and rewarded
