Job Description Handle incoming inquiries and proactively contact potential clients; prepare and follow up on quotations based on client requirements (samples, TAT, test scope, pricing). Manage documentation processes including application forms, contracts and billing details, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Coordinate sample submissions and track progress; communicate with clients on sample status, pending documents and reporting timelines. Support client management by handling feedback, complaints and maintaining relationships with existing accounts. Work closely with laboratory, customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Drive sales effectiveness through process improvement, reporting, marketing materials preparation and follow-up on outstanding payments. Qualifications - At least one year experience in oil & gas, Industrial Lubrication, Electrical Engineering, Rotating Equipment Maintenance or related fields. - University degree in a relevant field. - Excellent communication and phone-handling skills. - English level B equivalent.
