What You'll Do
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub (forms, tickets, deals, contacts, lifecycle stages)
- Set up ticket pipeline automation — auto-creating tickets from form submissions, field mapping, routing, and status updates
- Integrate HubSpot with external tools (DingTalk, Slack, WeCom, Zapier, Make/n8n) to trigger real-time notifications and alerts for the sales/support team
- Configure and troubleshoot webhooks and API-based integrations between HubSpot and third-party apps
- Maintain CRM data hygiene — properties, field mappings, deduplication, and pipeline structure
- Monitor automation performance, catch failures early, and fix broken workflows
- Document workflows and processes so they're easy to hand off, audit, and improve
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to understand process pain points and translate them into automation
- Explore and pilot AI-powered automation (e.g. HubSpot Breeze AI, AI agents, LLM-based workflow steps) for tasks like summarizing tickets, drafting responses, or enriching lead/contact data automatically
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Fully understands existing HubSpot workflows and ticket pipeline setup
- Independently ships at least one new automation end-to-end
- Reduces at least one manual, repetitive task for sales/support
- Becomes the go-to "can we automate this?" person
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- 1–2+ years of experience working inside HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub) or Pipedrive or SALESFORCE
- Solid understanding of HubSpot Workflows, Forms, and Ticket/Deal Pipelines
- Comfortable with JSON, webhooks, and basic API concepts
- Experience with at least one automation tool: Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar
- Detail-oriented — comfortable mapping fields precisely and testing before going live
- Strong written communication for documenting processes, MS EXCEL formulas
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience integrating HubSpot with messaging platforms (DingTalk, Slack, WeCom, Teams)
- HubSpot certification(s)
