Sales Operations Specialist

Job description

Mactores is the agent-native AWS modernization firm. Most modernization work doesn't ship, it stalls in pilots, slips a year, or lands at three times the budget. We exist to ship it: production systems running, legacy retired, outcomes measured. Our delivery is built on Aedeon, the agent platform built by Mactores' founders' sister company, which absorbs the repetitive 60–70% of engagement work, discovery, dependency mapping, validation, test generation, that traditional consulting bills human hours against. Forward-deployed engineers own the rest: architecture, judgment, and cutover, on dates we commit to in the contract. A fixed-date, fixed-fee commitment is a strong message but it only converts when it reaches the right buyer with the right data behind it. As Sales Operations Specialist, you own that motion end to end: find and verify the leads, build the automated campaigns that reach them, write the outreach that names their pain before it names our capability, and report on what's working with numbers the sales team can act on. You keep the CRM honest and the pipeline moving. When a campaign lands a qualified conversation, that's your ship date. ### What you will do? - Use services such as Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Instantly, Apollo, and ContactOut to find and verify potential leads' emails and phone numbers. - Run automation through HubSpot and Instantly for email, voicemail, and SMS campaigns configured, launched, and maintained by you. - Craft compelling, personalized email, SMS, and voicemail scripts using ChatGPT. - Launch, monitor, and analyze the performance of email, SMS, and voicemail campaigns and act on what the numbers say. - Contribute to digital lead generation strategies and execute plans to capture and nurture leads. - Keep CRM systems accurate and current: contact information, activity records, no drift. - Generate and present reports on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and other sales operations data. - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and keep messaging and outreach consistent. ### What are we looking for? - Proven experience in sales operations, lead generation, or a related field. - Hands-on experience with tools such as Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Instantly, Apollo, ContactOut, HubSpot, and other relevant platforms. - Strong understanding of automation services and how to put them to work for sales efficiency. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you can write outreach that's engaging and persuasive without being hollow. - Exceptional research abilities to identify and verify potential leads. - Ability to analyze data and metrics, measure campaign effectiveness, and make decisions from the numbers. - Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Comfortable with a range of digital tools and platforms to sharpen sales processes. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment. ### How we work? The delivery thesis applies to the commercial motion too: automation absorbs the repetitive work, humans own the judgment. You'll automate the enrichment, sequencing, and campaign mechanics then spend your judgment on targeting, message quality, and what the performance data says to do next. Our best buyers are companies with active AWS spend and a lived experience of a modernization that stalled; your job is to find them before a competitor's deck does. Numbers with baselines beat adjectives, in our campaigns and in your reporting.
