Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Conduct outside sales activities to promote insurance products and services. Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales effectively. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including obtaining and maintaining a Property & Casualty License. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance marketing strategies. Assist clients with benefits administration and provide guidance on policy options.
