While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Lee's Summit office. ## Job Snapshot **Employment Type:** Full-Time (W-2) **Compensation:** **$50,000–$200,000+ annually** **Pay Structure:** Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission **Training:** Paid Training Provided **Schedule:** Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments **Travel:** Local travel throughout the Kansas City market **Experience:** No roofing experience required
