As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, provide professional inspections, and help customers find the right solutions for their homes. **No roofing experience required.** We'll provide paid training, tools, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed. ## 📍 Office Location **Office 104 – Charlotte Market** **Report To Office:** 6425A Bannington Rd Charlotte, NC 28226 Hiring throughout the greater Charlotte area and surrounding North Carolina communities. All North Carolina leads are assigned through the local market based on business needs. ## Job Snapshot **Employment Type:** Full-Time (W-2) **Compensation:** **$50,000–$200,000+ annually** **Pay Structure:** Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission **Training:** Paid Training Provided **Schedule:** Daytime, evenings, and weekends based on customer appointments **Travel:** Local travel throughout the Charlotte market **Experience:** No roofing experience required
