Position: Why We Hire We are seeking talent to be responsible for Rakuten Mobile's DX solution sales due to business expansion. Position Details Job Summary DX solution sales to promote various services such as SaaS solutions, MDM, security services, Rakuten AI (generative AI software), embedded devices bundled with Rakuten Mobile communication (AI monitoring cameras, digital signage, AI robot vacuum cleaners, robots, Pocketalk, etc.), and devices such as smartphones/tablets/PCs, etc., that support corporate mobile utilization. Job Details - Select target customers and execute strategic approaches. - Carefully listen to customers' business challenges and needs. - Propose optimal solutions to customers' challenges by combining the various services mentioned above with Rakuten Mobile communication. - Conduct presentations that clearly explain the proposed content to customers and specifically present the effects of implementation. - Create estimates, negotiate prices and adjust contract terms, and aim to conclude contracts. - Conduct follow-up after implementation to improve customer satisfaction. - Collect market trends and competitor information and use it to formulate sales strategies. - Collaborate with planning and marketing departments to develop and provide products and services that meet customer needs.
