Sales Supervisor – Luxury Spa & Wellness | $60K+ Earning Potential Compensation: $2,500/month base salary + commission ($60K+ OTE) Job Type: Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Weekends Required Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a five-star experience. Handle phone calls, appointment bookings, and customer inquiries. Manage reservations and maintain an organized schedule. Promote and sell spa services and skincare products, consistently meeting sales targets. Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records. Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and filing. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a spa, salon, or luxury customer service setting. Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to meet targets. Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems. Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities. Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends. An esthetician background is a plus but not required.
