Positions Available Sales Supervisor Lead structured consultations with high-intent clients Support clients through their full aesthetic journey Capture photos, measurements, and treatment progress in our CRM Meet and exceed daily sales goals of $3,500+ Sales Manager Manage and motivate a team of sales consultants Drive team performance with daily sales goals ($3,500+ per rep) Oversee a seamless, professional client experience Foster a performance-driven, client-first culture Compensation & Commission Structure Base Salary: $2,500–$3,000/month (depending on experience and role) Tiered Commission: 4–5% on sales up to $3,500 6–7% on sales from $3,500 to $7,500 8–10% on sales above $7,500 What We Look For You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have a strong background in sales (spa, medspa, luxury retail preferred) Communicate confidently, listen actively, and close with integrity Are motivated by high-ticket goals and consistent performance Are detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (CRM experience a plus) Have a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client results Are ambitious, self-driven, and focused on growth Perform best in a high-performance, goal-oriented culture Show up with energy, resilience, and a collaborative mindset every day Schedule & Work Environment Shift Options: Day shift / Morning shift Expected Hours: 20 to 40 per week Location: In-person at Ageless Spa in Tallahassee, FL Ready to Elevate Your Sales Career?
