Business Unit: BU Air & Ocean Business Line: BL Intermodal Systems Target Hire Date: 2025-05-30 What You Can Expect : • Qualify new potential target customers for sales employees (tele-marketing) • Source rates for quotations based on the instructions given by sales employees • Source rates and provide pricing for inquiries from the overseas Rhenus network • Preparation of quotations based on the instructions given by the sales employees and timely submission to the customer. • Support of sales employees and overseas offices with qualified sales leads • Promotion of RHENUS LOGSITICS services over the phone to potential and existing customers • Support the integration process of new customers • Monitor the process of shipments jointly with the customer service team and provide status feedback to the sales employees • Timely preparation of other information and reports requested by the management • Any other job assigned What You Bring: • Tertiary education in Business, Supply Chain Management / Logistics or equivalent. • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in, freight forwarding business or related fields. • Effective oral and written communication skills • Good written and spoken English skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Self-motivated; Computer literate
