Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documentation and records. Coordinate with various departments, such as finance and logistics, to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. Generate sales reports and analyze sales data. Participate in system testing and implementation of SAP enhancements. Provide training and support to sales team on the usage of the SAP system. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
