This is a 12–16 month fixed-term contract position to support the team during a maternity leave. How you’ll make an impact You will support the preparation of bids/estimates/quotations by gathering required information and assisting in documentation. You will coordinate and support the preparation of technical and commercial inputs required for bids/quotations. You will support sales activities by preparing customer proposals and assisting communication on commercial terms Supports marketing activities and preparation of customer-facing materials You will assist in ensuring timely preparation of inputs and coordination with internal/external stakeholders You will support account management activities and maintain communication with customers under guidance of Sales Managers You will maintain and update bid/quotation records and support basic reporting activities You will assist in collecting and organizing technical and cost information required for proposal preparation Your background You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or any equivalent qualification. Entry-level candidates are also welcome. Candidates with experience in B2B sales or B2B sales support roles will be preferred.
