**Sales Support / Quoting Specialist** In Office- Orlando, FL 32806 & Doral, FL 33172 About EOLA Power EOLA Power is Florida’s #1 independent provider of critical UPS service and maintenance. We support hospitals, municipalities, data centers, and industrial facilities that rely on dependable power infrastructure. We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our sales and service teams through quoting, customer communication, and opportunity follow-up. This role is ideal for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple quotes and customer requests in a fast-paced B2B environment. This is a stable, growth-focused position with the opportunity to expand into account management or senior sales support over time. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and deliver service and equipment quotes for customers in a timely manner. - Review incoming requests from sales reps and customers to ensure accurate scope and pricing. - Follow up on open quotes to help move opportunities forward. - Communicate with customers regarding pricing, timelines, and service options. - Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure accuracy. - Maintain organized and detailed records in CRM and internal systems. - Support outside sales team with customer follow-up and account support as needed. What We’re Looking For - 2+ years in inside sales, sales support or quoting role (B2B preferred). - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Professional communication skills (email and phone). - Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities simultaneously. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment. - Experience in technical, industrial, construction, or service-based industries is a plus.
