Job description

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our growing UK-based cleaning company and help ensure customer enquiries are followed up, managed and converted into bookings. The Role You’ll support the sales process by engaging with warm leads, answering customer questions, following up on opportunities and keeping sales information accurately recorded. Key Responsibilities Contact and follow up with warm leads Support lead conversion and secure bookings Build positive relationships with customers Understand customer requirements Maintain accurate CRM records Follow up on outstanding sales opportunities Support sales targets and performance objectives Resolve customer queries professionally What We Offer Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission OTE R25,000+ per month Fully remote working 40 days paid annual leave Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development Excellent written and verbal English Able to work independently Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Resilient and confident handling rejection Proven phone-based sales success Target-driven with a strong performance record Confident using Word, Excel and Outlook Experienced with CRM systems Strong negotiation and issue-resolution abilities Own reliable laptop or desktop
