Department Overview The Business Innovation Department drives innovation by launching new golf-related services. We've released several groundbreaking services, including golf lesson services, golf course revenue management consulting, and swing analysis apps. Position Details In this role, you'll engage with external partners to list them on Rakuten GORA. You'll also act as a consultant for existing clients, maximizing lesson service bookings and driving sales growth. No prior golf industry experience is required, we provide comprehensive training. Key Responsibilities: ・New Business Development (60%) ・Existing Client Consulting & Sales (30%) ・Site Improvement Proposals ・Data Analysis ・Product Planning Work Environment ・Total Department: ~160 members ・Business Innovation Dept.: ~30 members ・Age Group: Primarily 20s-30s (flat, dynamic communication) ・Composition: 40% New Graduates, 60% Mid-Career Hires ・Travel Industry ・Financial Industry ・Manufacturing, etc. Mandatory Qualifications: ・Sales experience (especially B2B proposal sales, consulting, Web/Ad industry, manufacturing, etc.) ・Valid driver's license (comfortable driving) ・Basic PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) ・TOEIC score of 800+ or motivation to achieve equivalent within 2 years. Current Offices: 7 locations (Sapporo, Sendai, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka). Note: While preferences are considered, future transfers may occur with business expansion.
