Acting as both the System Administrator and Product Owner, you will ensure Salesforce continues to support best-practice operations across the business while driving operational efficiency, data integrity and continuous improvement. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to own and optimise our Salesforce platform. Requirements
On a daily basis you will:

Your skills and attributes:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally supporting multiple business functions
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Commerce or a related discipline are highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience configuring users, permission sets, Flows, reporting and dashboards within Salesforce
- Experience managing system integrations and maintaining high levels of data integrity across business systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and drive business improvements
- Experience managing external vendors or offshore development partners is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the business
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer outcomes
