Salesforce Analyst

**Lead the Future of Dentistry.** Overjet is the world-leader in dental AI. Already, thousands of dental providers and insurers rely on our platform to deliver the best possible care. Now, we’re looking for talented people to fulfill our mission: improve oral health for all. Overjet is where builders become leaders. Everyone here loves to make new things: new products, new partnerships, new content, and a new category of AI technology. And as Overjet grows ridiculously fast, so will you. Simply put, there’s no better place to accelerate your career. Come join us! **The Role** Our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams can only move as fast as the systems underneath them. When Salesforce is wrong, a forecast can't be trusted, a deal sits in approval for days, a Chili Piper meeting never lands on the right rep's calendar, and a Customer Success Manager chases an account that was reassigned a month ago. You'll sit on the Revenue Operations team and be the person who keeps that foundation clean, fast, and trustworthy, working daily with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. Here's the hard part. Your queue will never be empty, and the easy path is to close each ticket and move on. We want the opposite: when the same issue shows up twice, you find out why, fix it for good, and write down what happened so it doesn't come back. You'll also own small-to-medium systems projects from first request to launch with no one handing you a spec, and you'll do it on US Pacific hours from your own time zone. If eliminating a problem sounds more satisfying than fixing it, keep reading. ## This is a fully remote role based outside of the US in Pakistan, Egypt, or the Philippines. Candidates must be able to work 9 am- 5 pm PST, M-F. **What you'll Own** - The day-to-day health of our GTM stack, which means triaging deal desk questions, opportunity routing, approvals, and access requests across Salesforce and the tools around it, and getting reps unstuck while the deal is still live. - Root cause for recurring issues, which means spotting ticket patterns, tracing them to the source, and shipping a durable fix (a Flow, a validation rule, an automation, or an AI-assisted workflow) instead of answering the same question again next week. - GTM systems projects from intake to launch, which means gathering requirements, designing the solution, building it, testing it, documenting it, and driving adoption until the team is actually using it. - Salesforce as our source of truth, which means running data hygiene, maintaining the data dictionary, leading cleanup projects and imports, and putting SOPs and system controls in place so bad data stops at the door. - User provisioning and access across GTM systems, which means new hires are productive on day one and permissions stay tight as the team grows. - The documentation that keeps RevOps from living in one person's head, which means SOPs, process maps, release notes, and onboarding content that people actually use. **What Makes the Right Candidate Keep Reading** You need to be a builder, not just a user: you've personally built the Flows, validation rules, reports, and permission sets in a live Salesforce org and debugged what broke when a connected tool stopped syncing. We need someone who treats a recurring problem as a personal insult, and who is curious enough to go try an automation or AI tool on a manual process before anyone asks. Startup experience helps, because you'll often be the one deciding how something should work, not waiting for a ticket with perfect requirements. If you want a clearly scoped queue handed to you each morning, or you'd rather administer a system than improve it, this probably isn't the right seat. - **Education:** Bachelor's degree preferred, not required. Equivalent hands-on experience is welcome. - **Skills:** Hands-on Salesforce (Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, permissions, data imports); troubleshooting integrations and sync issues across tools like CPQ, Gong, Chili Piper, and sales engagement platforms; exposure to Workato, Zapier, or n8n, or a genuine interest in applying AI to GTM operations, is a strong plus. - **Experience:** 2+ years in a systems analyst, sales operations, or GTM technology role, preferably in B2B SaaS or a high-growth tech environment. **Overjet's Values** - Excellence: Aim Higher - Velocity: Quickly Deliver Results - Ownership: Go the Extra Mile - Win-win: Care Deeply **Company Recognition** - Included on Best Places to Work by BuiltIn lists in [2026](https://www.linkedin.com/posts/overjet_were-incredibly-proud-to-share-that-overjet-activity-7414346196640718848-cFGG?rcm=ACoAAChRVxsB6jrIO04hl4zDCmIVA0qDSepyiRA&utm_medium=member_desktop&utm_source=share): #3 overall in the US, #1 in NYC, #1 in San Francisco, and #2 in Boston - #4 on FastCompanys's [Most Innovative Companies list in Healthcare for 2026](https://www.fastcompany.com/91497221/healthcare-most-innovative-companies-2026) - Named one of the [TIME Best Inventions of 2024](https://www.overjet.com/blog/overjet-named-to-time-best-inventions-of-2024) - Recognized in *Newsweek*’s [Most Loved Workplaces in America 2024](https://www.newsweek.com/top-20-most-loved-workplaces-america-2024-1960025) - Won the Dental Health category at the [Digital Health Awards 2024](https://www.digitalhealthhub.org/awards/2024/2024-winners) and [2024 Best Places to Work by Built In](https://www.overjet.com/blog/overjet-is-one-of-built-in-s-best-startups-to-work-for-in-2024) - Recognized as one of the [Top Startups of 2023 by LinkedIn](https://www.overjet.com/blog/overjet-named-to-linkedin-s-2023-top-startups-list-in-united-states) - Included on the definitive [2022 Forbes AI 50](https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/overjet-named-to-forbes-ai-50-list-of-most-promising-ai-companies-shaping-the-future-301544947.html) **EEOC** *Overjet is an equal opportunity employer.
