The project aims to simplify the architecture supporting SDD mandate reconciliation, reduce dependency on legacy systems and improve data synchronization between **Salesforce, banking systems and customer data services**. As part of the solution, customer data is centralized in an **Azure-based Client Data Domain**, while microservices running on **AKS** are used to manage integrations with banking and payment partners. Salesforce acts as the **system of record and primary source of customer and mandate data**, making Salesforce development and integration capabilities a key part of the solution. The project also includes an **Application Management Services (AMS)** scope covering production support, maintenance, enhancements, bug fixing, monitoring, security remediation and release support. The position can be based in **Italy or elsewhere in the EU**, provided you have at least **B2+ Italian**. Occasional presence in **Milan** may be required, approximately twice a year for 2–3 days. ## **You will be:** - contributing to the full-cycle delivery of Salesforce development activities, from refinement and estimation through development, testing and release, - contributing to solution design and technical decision-making, - developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions using **Apex, Flow, LWC and Aura**, - developing Salesforce integrations with external systems and services, - working with **Platform Events and Bulk API**, - supporting customer and mandate data synchronization, - implementing integrations with banking and payment-management systems, - performing unit and integration testing and maintaining **at least 80% code coverage**, - preparing technical documentation and required release evidence, - supporting UAT, production releases and hypercare activities, - investigating and correcting defects, - supporting application maintenance, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives, - supporting L2/L3 technical activities within the AMS scope, - collaborating with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA Engineers and other stakeholders, - working in an **Italian-speaking Agile environment.** ## **Your profile:** - **B2+ / fluent Italian – mandatory** - strong commercial experience as a **Salesforce Developer**, - experience at **Salesforce Platform Developer II level**, - strong hands-on experience with **Apex and SOQL**, - solid experience with **Salesforce Flow, LWC and Aura**, - experience with **Platform Events and Bulk API**, - experience developing and maintaining **Salesforce integrations**, - experience with **Azure DevOps and Ant-based deployment**, - knowledge of **SonarQube and/or Salesforce Code Analyzer**, - experience with unit and integration testing and Salesforce release processes, - strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, - good English communication skills, - availability to travel to **Milan approximately twice a year for 2–3 days**, - knowledge of **Java or another programming language** would be a nice-to-have, - experience with **Azure, AKS, microservices or banking/payment integrations** would be a nice-to-have, - good English communication skills, - practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery, - **Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.** ## **Nice to have:** - Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work. - Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches. ## **Recruitment Process:** **CV** review – **HR** call – **Interview** – **Client** Interview – **Decision**
