# Senior Salesforce Developer (m/w/d) 40,000 buyers. 20+ countries. One Salesforce org carrying all of it. You'll own the two-way sync between Salesforce and our core platform — and the migration off Aura and Visualforce that's been waiting for someone senior enough to do it properly. **Location:** Remote from anywhere in Brazil — freelance contract, with your day starting at 7:00 AM Brazil time (12:00 CET) for overlap with the European team. ### About us CarOnSale is the AI-powered platform for B2B used car trading in Europe. One Profit Engine.*** ### Your responsibilities - You own the two-way synchronisation service between Salesforce and our core platform - You build new features from scratch and continuously improve the existing codebase — hands-on coding, not configuration - You translate business and user requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, working with a distributed engineering team - You take on underutilised platform features and cut technical debt - You identify and resolve technical issues, optimise system performance and secure data integrity - You mentor team members and keep technical documentation accurate and current - You assess new Salesforce ecosystem releases and decide what's relevant for our platform ### What you bring - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, most of it writing custom code rather than configuring - Deep command of Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS — plus the confidence to work in the Aura and Visualforce code you'll be migrating away from - Strong SOQL, SQL and relational data modelling, and a solid grasp of event-driven architecture where Salesforce meets external systems - Strong knowledge of SFDC Flows, Metadata API and Salesforce APIs, working within release management and Scrum - AI-native working style — you use coding agents and LLM tooling daily and have real judgement about where they accelerate you and where they don't - English at C1 level or above, and an established entity in Brazil able to invoice in euros **Nice to have** - Salesforce certifications - Experience with Agentforce or Einstein AI features - Spanish as an additional language ### What you get - Fully remote from anywhere in Brazil on a freelance contract - Architecture ownership from day one - An engineering culture where AI tooling is embedded in how the work gets done - Direct access to the European engineering team — no client-vendor layer in between - Initial 12-month contract with possibility of extension - Competitive hourly rate aligned with senior market rates **Apply now — your CV is enough** # .
