Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Delivery & Solution Leadership

Lead end to end Salesforce implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.

Own the technical and functional solution architecture across Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.

Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, scalability, security, and enterprise standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients on Salesforce engagements.

Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Team Leadership & People Management

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Platform Expertise

6+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce, including:

Salesforce configuration & customization

Data modeling, workflows, validation rules, automation

Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs (preferred)

Strong understanding of one or more Salesforce Clouds:

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ
