Sample shop technician

Job description

Qualifications: <1.College> degree or above, major in tooling, mechanical or material. 2.2 years or above working experience in desiging tooling and fixture for production. Main responsibilities: 1.Program the laser machine for samples and production. 2.Responsible for laser production parts. 3.Supervise labor that will load material and unload parts/scrap from the laser machine. 4.Responsible for maintenance of laser machine and other sample shop equipment. <5.Design> and fabricate temporary tooling (dies, welding fixtures, etc..). 6.Manual press set up for production and sample making. 7.Assist development engineers in the sample making process. 8.Sample fabrication - laser, forming, welding, riveting, etc...
