Role : SAP-ERP Lead Job Description • 6-9 years’ experience SAP ABAP • Understand & analyze requirements • Develop technical design specification & translate design into specifications and program codes. • Develop unit test package, execute test and document test results to ensure the quality of the program. • To have in-depth knowledge of the ERP high-level design, architectural policies and principles, design and programming guidelines, implementation risks and mitigating measures, software development and integration strategies, software configuration controls, etc. • Business Development • Understand ERP industry trends and challenges. • Understand customer’s business environment and challenges. • Build and manage customer relationship at all levels and inter-department working relationships. • Support ERP solutions & development that will have measurable effect on profit/ operational effectiveness. Role: - Project Manager Required · Have managed large transformational Mainframe platform migration / re-hosting projects · Understanding of Mainframe application related to infra needs · Knowledge and understanding of UX / Linux · Should have hands-on experience in projects · Strong project management skills. PMP certification is an added advantage · Have run a large complex project of at least 5m++ · Ability in managing and handling 3P vendors providing application porting services and workload solutions services. · Experience in contract administrations · Ability in managing cross-country / regional / virtualization resources in projects · Managing at CxO level customer
