Workster is partnering with a leading global consulting and technology organization to recruit an experienced SAP FS-PM Techno-Functional Consultant for a highly specialized insurance transformation project in Denmark. This is a B2B contract opportunity, initially for 3 months with the possibility of renewal, working 09:00–18:00 CET. Candidates can be based across Europe, with a preference for professionals located in Scandinavia. The role is ideal for an SAP FS-PM expert who can bridge business solution design and hands-on system implementation. Your Role Lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs Perform hands-on configuration within SAP FS-PM (Financial Services – Policy Management) Work closely with architects, developers, and business teams throughout implementation Guide technical teams on enhancements, custom development, interfaces, and data migration Support light development activities where required, including debugging, enhancements, and rules configuration Ensure alignment across product configuration, policy lifecycle processes, and surrounding systems Support integrations between SAP solutions and external platforms Your Qualifications Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FS-PM Proven experience in solution design and functional architecture Solid FS-PM configuration experience Strong understanding of insurance processes, ideally Life and/or P&C Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured system solutions English C1 ABAP knowledge, including debugging, BADIs, user exits, or enhancements, is an advantage Experience with IDocs, APIs, middleware, and system integrations is highly desirable Experience with the SAP Fioneer ecosystem is a strong advantage Previous experience in large-scale transformation programmes Ability to work independently within a senior, client-facing consulting environment The Offer B2B contract Initial 3-month engagement with possibility of renewal Full-time schedule: 09:00–18:00 CET Opportunity to work on a highly specialized international insurance transformation programme Preference for Scandinavia-based professionals Collaboration with senior business, architecture, and technical stakeholders Opportunity to apply both functional design and hands-on SAP expertise Competitive B2B compensation based on experience and current market level
