SAP Manager

Overview: The SAP Manager is responsible for leading SAP programs, managing end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role provides structure across project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, while driving system optimization and digital transformation initiatives.Primary Workflow: 1. SAP Program & Project ManagementLead SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects across modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.) Manage full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and escalation frameworks2. Stakeholder & Business EngagementPartner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to define requirements and drive alignment Challenge business requirements where necessary to ensure optimal system design and efficiency Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related initiatives3. Team Leadership & DeliveryLead and manage cross-functional teams (functional & technical consultants, vendors, offshore teams) Drive accountability, performance, and collaboration across global teams Ensure effective resource planning and utilization4. Risk, Compliance & GovernanceIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and external regulations Maintain strong controls and governance throughout the SAP environment5.
