Job description

Support SAP S/4HANA rollout project activities within warehouse operations. Perform system testing in both testing environment and productive system to ensure functionality and stability. Create and maintain work instruction documents for warehouse processes under the new system. Register new Work instruction in the system. Provide training and guidance to end users to ensure proper system understanding and usage. Support process stabilization after go-live to ensure smooth transition and operational continuity. Other assignments as delegated by the manager and Project manager. Education Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. Qualifications: Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in logistics warehouse and fresh graduates are also welcome. Good communication skills in English, both in reading and writing. Ability to create clear work instruction documents and training materials. Strong communication and coordination skills. Knowledge or experience in SAP system. Able to work under project timeline and pressure. Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities or special assignments as required.
