Job description

Perform detailed design of all the requirements for the physical separation, with a focus on the Compensation Module using a clone and clean approach. During the Build phase, perform all necessary configuration activities. Autonomously organize, manage, and execute the required project testing (Non-Regression Tests, Regression Tests, System Integration Tests, and User Acceptance Tests). Prepare cut-over activities and deploy the changes to Production. Manage all project documentation (Global Solution Design Documents, Configuration Manual, Workbooks, End User Training materials, and all types of Testing Documentation). Conduct Knowledge Transfer and End User Training sessions. + 3/4 years' experience as a SAP SF Performance and Goals Consultant with knowledge of Succession and Development Soft Skills valued: Flexibility, Adaptability, Agility, Customer Orientation, Proactivity, Autonomy, Organization.
