The role and what you’ll lead and deliver:
We're looking for a Savings Administrator to join our growing Operations team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, working with accuracy and making a real difference behind the scenes.
As a key member of our Savings Operations team, you'll be responsible for supporting our savings customers through a wide range of administration activities, ensuring an excellent experience at every stage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing savings administration tasks including account opening, customer onboarding, ISA processing, maturity and end-of-term activities, estate management and customer queries.
- Managing ISA transfers and liaising with ISA plan managers to ensure transfers are completed within regulatory timeframes.
- Handling customer enquiries through written correspondence and telephone contact where required.
- Delivering excellent customer service and acting as a positive ambassador for the Castle Trust Bank brand.

In addition, it is the home to the majority of our Shared Services teams including Technology, Marketing, HR, Finance, Compliance and Internal Audit. Our registered head office is in the City of London is home to our Risk, Treasury and Legal teams, as well as some of our Executive team.
