NRT Bus, Inc. 🚍 School Van Driver (Part Time) Van Pool | Hudson, MA We are now hiring 2 Van Drivers for the Marlborough School District. 💰 Pay & Schedule Pay: $24.00/hour (Effective 8/24/26) Paid Training: $20/hour Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays Guaranteed minimum hours ✅ Why Drive with Van Pool? Opportunities for extra hours (charters & activity trips) Parttime benefits package: Dental, vision, 401(k), and more Supportive, safety first work environment Make a real impact in your local community 🚌 What You’ll Do Safely transport students to and from school and events May include assisting students enter/exit vehicle and using specialized safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats, etc) Drive assigned routes Perform pre trip and post trip inspections Maintain a clean, safe vehicle Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies 📝 Requirements School Pupil Transport (7D) Certificate (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
