Job description
Responsible for the development, qualification and execution of robust and reliable ligand-binding assays (LBAs) suitable for characterizing the disposition and immunogenicity of biotherapeutic and quantitation of biomarkers in various matrices using a range of potential screening platforms and assay techniques; also responsible for sample analysis from early discovery-stage studies. Additional Skills: Large molecule ligand-binding assay development and execution; large molecule LBA study sample analysis What will the resource be working with, or, have exposure to? Biohazardous Agent work (such as menigiditis, staph aureus, Lenti Virus, streph pneumoniae) NHP cells or tissues Unscreened blood, human tissue or human cell lines Additional Comments Regarding Surveillance / Clearance Will Hep B vaccination/waiver be required?
