Applicants must have an Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Access (TS/SCI) About the Role We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as a true leader and facilitator for one or more cross-functional agile teams, helping them deliver high-quality, mission-critical solutions efficiently and collaboratively. You’ll guide teams in applying agile principles, fostering continuous improvement, and removing barriers to delivery — all while ensuring alignment with our broader mission and engineering excellence. Key Responsibilities Champion Agile/Scrum values, principles, and practices within the team and organization Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Partner with Product Owners to ensure clear prioritization, backlog refinement, and goal-setting Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress Track and report on team metrics to drive transparency and continuous improvement Coach team members and stakeholders to embrace agile ways of working Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Program Managers to ensure alignment across teams and initiatives Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, and/or business Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach supporting software or engineering teams Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Preferred: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ poly About Missionovo We are a mission-driven technology and engineering company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that advance national security and achieve decisive outcomes.
