Join us at LEGALFLY as our new SDR Team Lead UK, US & UAE and help build the team that fuels our international growth. Key responsibilities: As SDR Team Lead, you will lead a small team of SDRs covering the UK, US and UAE markets, with the clear ambition to scale that team as we grow. This is a player-coach role: you still spend a significant part of your time prospecting and booking meetings yourself, while coaching your team, sharpening our outbound playbook and making sure every SDR is set up to succeed. You work closely with our Account Executives, marketing and leadership to turn our three key international markets into a steady, predictable pipeline. Lead by example – Run your own outbound across the UK, US and UAE via phone, email and LinkedIn and carry your own pipeline target. Coach & develop – Onboard new SDRs, run regular 1:1s, call reviews and role plays, and help each team member grow their skills and confidence. Get the team up and running – Set clear targets, daily rhythms and activity standards so the team ramps quickly and hits its numbers. Motivate & drive performance – Create an energetic, ambitious team culture where wins are celebrated and setbacks become learning moments. Build the playbook – Develop and continuously improve messaging, sequences, ICP targeting and qualification criteria per region. Own the numbers – Track team performance and pipeline metrics, spot what works and what does not, and report on progress to leadership. Cross-functional collaboration – Align closely with Account Executives on handovers and lead quality, and with marketing on campaigns and inbound follow-up. Help scale the team – Be involved in hiring new SDRs and shape what the team looks like as it grows. You might be a good fit if you: Are a fluent English speaker (written and spoken). Are based in London , with flexibility to come to the office and willingness to adapt your working hours to cover US and UAE time zones or travel when needed. Have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales development , with outreach into the UK, US and/or Middle East markets. Have experience coaching, mentoring or leading a small SDR team , whether formally as a team lead or informally as a senior SDR who onboarded and trained others. Have a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding targets yourself. Have experience in dynamic, fast-paced startup or scale-up environments in tech / SaaS . Are hands-on with HubSpot and outreach automation tools and comfortable working with data to steer performance. Bring energy, structure and strong emotional intelligence and genuinely enjoy seeing others succeed. Are hungry to grow with LEGALFLY .
