A company is seeking an experienced **SEC Reporting Manager (Temp)** to support external reporting and ensure compliance during a key reporting cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical accounting expertise who can step in and lead high-impact reporting efforts. **Overview** The SEC Reporting Manager will oversee the preparation of SEC filings and financial disclosures, working closely with leadership and auditors to ensure accuracy and timeliness. ### Key Responsibilities - Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) - Draft financial statements and footnote disclosures - Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements - Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders - Support technical accounting research and implementation - Assist with internal controls and reporting processes ### Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA preferred - 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting or public accounting - Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations - Experience with financial reporting tools and systems - Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
