Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator

The selected candidate will be hired directly by Control Risks as a Security Operations Center Operator based in Mexico City.They will be responsible for monitoring relevant events in Mexico, with a particular focus on the state of Sinaloa, especially in areas surrounding locations frequently visited by the Client’s travelers.Role tasks and responsibilities⦁ GPS tracking and traveler check-ins during transfers.⦁ Support the preparation of reports covering incident updates, geofences, relevant events, unauthorized routes, and general recommendations.⦁ Send real-time information and alerts to users while they are en route.⦁ Assist in developing standard tracking and communication protocols with travelers.⦁ Maintain constant coordination and communication with the Security Manager and Control Risks assets in the event of security incidents involving travelers.Requirements⦁ Teamwork⦁ Strong communication skills⦁ Organized and able to multitask⦁ Analytical thinking⦁ High school diploma completed⦁ Intermediate English level (minimum B1)⦁ Availability to work rotating shifts⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner)
