Greenvolt Next Spain is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for the execution of assigned projects, from handover by the commercial team through to project acceptance and closure, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction. Leads and coordinates all internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and other partners to fulfil contractual commitments and achieve the expected financial results. Project scope for Commercial & Industrial sectors: typically between 50 and 1,000 kWp.Main responsibilities:Report to the Construction Director and work closely with the other Project Managers and Site Managers.Take direct responsibility for the project and develop, maintain, and execute the project plan: scope, milestones, schedule, resources, procurement, permits, risks, quality, safety, commissioning, and closure.Control the budget and final financial performance.Act as the main point of contact for the client throughout execution, managing expectations, reporting progress, and resolving issues or conflicts while protecting Greenvolt Next’s commercial relationship and contractual rights.Actively rely on Site Managers as an extension of project leadership and site control, setting priorities and ensuring through them the daily monitoring of execution, coordination and supervision of subcontractors, safety, quality, progress, productivity, and immediate communication of issues and deviations.Lead and supervise contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other external partners, monitoring performance, quality, productivity, certifications, changes, claims, and contractual compliance.Ensure commissioning, permitting, and orderly handover: final documentation, client acceptance, resolution of outstanding items, financial close-out, lessons learned, and handover to O&M.RequirementsTechnical/Engineering degree or equivalent university qualification.Other technical training or professional qualifications will be considered a plus.Training in project management, construction, energy, or H&S is a plus.Ideally 1–3 years of experience managing self-consumption projects.Advanced Excel and project planning and tracking tools.Professional English is a plus.Results, margin, and customer-oriented mindset.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
