$2,500 Sign-On Bonus | Semi-Local CDL-A | Touch Freight Position Highlights Average Weekly Pay: $1,500–$1,700 Annual Earnings: $75,000–$100,000 Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 paid in installments over the first 6 months Home Time: Home 3–4 nights per week (typically every other day for a 10-hour break) Freight: No-touch freight Paid Training: 2 days at $150 per day Weekly Miles: 800–1,000 average Operating Area: Deliveries to Dollar Tree stores throughout IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY Additional Pay $245 per unloaded trailer $70 per backhaul $25 per stop Driver Requirements Minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience Must pass a hair follicle drug test Clean MVR required No SAP drivers Must have reliable personal transportation (trucks cannot be taken home)
